Your training options with us

Hotel Specialist (m/f/d)

German: Hotelfachfrau/-mann

You will learn everything about daily hotel operations: guest relations, reservations, event planning, room division, breakfast and restaurant service, and much more. Your role is as varied as the wishes of our guests.

Restaurant Specialist (m/f/d)

German: Restaurantfachfrau/-mann

Here, everything revolves around hospitality and culinary enjoyment. You’ll learn how to advise guests, set up banquet rooms, serve menus and drinks professionally, and make every visit to our restaurant a special experience.

Chef / Cook (m/f/d)

German: Köchin / Koch

You love good food? In our kitchen, you will learn how to prepare regional and seasonal dishes from scratch – with fresh ingredients, creativity, and attention to detail. From mise en place to plating, you’ll be part of a passionate kitchen team.

Hospitality Assistant (m/f/d)

German: Fachkraft im Gastgewerbe

This all-round training offers a practical start into the hospitality world. You will support service, housekeeping and kitchen teams, and gain broad insight into hotel operations – the perfect foundation for your career in gastronomy or tourism.
