Shiatsu-Massage
Shiatsu is a holistic form of bodywork based on traditional Chinese medicine.
Shiatsu translates as “finger pressure”. Shiatsu uses the fingers and thumbs as well as the palms, forearms, elbows and knees to apply gentle pressure to certain meridians (energy pathways) in the body. A variety of stretches and joint rotations are also used. The fasciae are stretched during this massage and adhesions can be loosened.
